When you think of traditional foods for a Super Bowl gathering, pizza and wings are probably top of the list. But according to a new survey, pizza doesn't even make the Top 10 of foods people want to eat while watching the big game this year. The survey is based on most popular Google searches in the U.S.

Meatballs take number one, followed by guacamole, chips and salsa, tater tots and chili. Wings come in at number six, followed by hummus, nachos, pigs in a blanket, and spinach artichoke dip.

Finger foods and appetizers are great for feeding a crowd. And they're usually as easy to eat as they are to make ahead of the party. According to the study, most of us prefer to stick with appetizers and skip the entrees. The majority of people, me included, look forward to Super Bowl parties because of the food. That's probably why we admit to overeating at these get togethers. It's like the Thanksgiving of gameday gatherings, so be sure to pace yourself and don't forget your Pepto!
